Why minimalist? Eating meals with less ingredients and less flavors not only allows for a more simpler meal prep but also lets one eat more intuitively, when eating minimally one will crave less complex meals and the body will learn to only crave the exact nutrients it needs

1/3 of a zucchini 1/2 of a beat Three small onion chives Small handful of romaine lettuce 2 spoons of tahini 1/2 of a lemon Thumbnail size piece of ginger A tiny pinch of salt Blend. Served on kelp noodles over a bed of spring mix with dulce flakes sprinkled on top and sunflower seeds to garnish All ingredients are organic, raw, and vegan.
