🌴 Raw Vegan CocoBerry Porridge 🍓

This dish makes an awesome breakfast or lunch and is super easy to make!!

The porridge is made from sprouted Chia (but you can use soaked chia if you aren't prepared), blueberries, mangoes, bananas, coconut flakes and cashews all blended gently together with a dash of sea salt, stevia and psillyum husk powder.

This was topped with sprouted buckwheat cereal (see my YouTube video for that recipe!), more blueberries, bananas and coconut flakes 🍌 yum!!
