Raw Butternut Bread!

Dinner tonight is Raw Vegan Sandwiches featuring Butternut Bread 😊This bread utilizes buckwheat and Butternut squash as a base and integrated seeds with binding plants and flavorful herbs. It has a hearty-seedy consistency similar to traditional dense seed breads, and the flavor is very clean and neutral!This is served here with zucchini, cucumber, tomato, red pepper, spinach and Raw Vegan Sun Mayo ☀️

But this bread can be used in an array of recipes!

The sun mayo is made from sunflower seeds, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, agave, sea salt and asafetida. It's a simple sauce which is strangely reminiscent of 'real' mayo, but is light and lower fat so this goes down smooth 😊
