Avocado Tahini Salad!

Dinner tonight is an Avocado Tahini Salad!

My image layout didn't come out as I'd intended, oops lol. There is actually an avocado salad mixed with a basil thyme vinaigrette as a middle layer, but it got buried by the tahini ha.

I made a tahini sauce using sesame, lemon juice, sea salt, and asafetida (you can swap for garlic)- that's it.

The two sauces really blend together swell 😊

A key I feel is to make sauces a bit too strong tasting when initially mixing, then they're perfect after spreading across the food's surface !
